2 lb cubed chicken
1 whole pineapple, chunked
3 cups sweet bell pepper
1 1/2 cup onion chunks
6 cup grilled sliced zucchini
Place chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and onion on skewers and brush with 2t oil. Grill until chicken is cooked through and serve with 1c grilled sliced zucchini.
