Pineapple Strawberry Bliss - TastyPlanner.com

A simple crowd pleasing dessert with pineapple, graham crackers, ice cream and strawberries. Nothing too fancy, but it definitely hits the spot.
Ingredients
2 whole Graham crackers
3 small scoops vanilla ice cream
8-10 pineapple chunks (fresh cut or canned)
2-3 frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons graham cracker crust
3 tablespoons whipped cream
Instructions
Prepare the frozen strawberries by putting them into a food processor and break them down so they are nearly diced. The food pro will kick a bit since you are basically breaking up ice cubes.
Take a small ice cream dish and place the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Add the vanilla ice cream on top of the crackers. Next add the pineapple chunks and the whipped cream. Add the frozen strawberries on top of the whipped cream, and finally add the graham cracker crust.
