Pistachio Cake - TastyPlanner.com
This tastes way better than it sounds. It’s so moist and delicious! Great with coffee or ice cream! It’s always a big hit where ever I bring it!!
1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1/2 cup oil (I always substitute applesauce instead)
1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup fine ground nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all cake ingredients and mix well.
Mix topping in; save some for sprinkling on top of cooked cake.
Pour into a (greased) bundt pan (13 × 9 pan works also)
It won’t be green if you mix the topping in well.
