Pistachio Salad - TastyPlanner.com

Commonly refered in my family as “Green Salad”, this is a cross between a side dish and a dessert – but it is always a hit as long as you’re not allergic to pistachios!
Prep time: 10 Min.
Cook time: 0 Min.
Serves: 8
Ingredients
1 20 oz can curshed pineapple
1 small package of instant pistachio pudding
1 regular Cool whip
1 cups Small Marshmellows
Instructions
1. Mix pudding and pineapple (do not drain).
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Fold in marshmellows.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
