Even my picky brother likes this one.
6 flour tortillas
2 poblano chiles ; shredded
6 slices Manchego cheese
5 green onions ; sliced
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 cup Oil for frying
Top each tortilla with chile, cheese and green onion; roll up. Beat eggs with fork. Dip rolled tortillas in egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden and drain on paper.
