Pot roast slowly cooked on stovetop.
Ingredients
1 large onion
1/2 large bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
Cajun seasoning
2 T. oil
4 pound roast, beef
Instructions
Season roast and stuff with cut up onion, bell pepper, and garlic. (Best if done the night before and refrigerate) Brown roast in oil on all sides in a black pot. Remove roast and add onions, bell pepppers and saute’. When onion are translucent add roast, cover, and cook on low for 3 hours.
