Potato Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

My mom used to always make me this delicious recipe. I love making it as a side dish for dinner, and then reheating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner the next day.
Ingredients
1 package of frozen shredded hashbrowns
1/2 cup of butter, melted
1 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of black pepper
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup of of cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Spray 9×13 baking pan with Pam.
3. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, sour cram, onion and cheese.
5. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan.
6. Coat with extra cheese for a golden crust
7. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes
