Ingredients
1 egg
1 pouch fudge brownie mix
3 tbl. spoons of vege. oil
1 box chocolate fudge pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups of VERY hot water
chocolate or vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
1) Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Crack the egg on the side of the casserole dish letting egg slip into dish. Add the dry brownie mix, vege. oil, and 3 tbl. spoons water. Stir with wooden spoon until well mixed.
2) Put the dry pudding mix and very hot water into a medium bowl stir with wooden spoon until well mixed. Carefully pour pudding mixture over brownie batter in dish.
3) Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until the pudding bubbles around edge of dish. Use the pot holders to take dish out of oven.
4) Serve the warm fudge cake in serving bowls with a scoop of the ice cream, if you like.
