Ingredients
1 29 ounce can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 12 ounce can evaporated skim milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients together til mushy – pour in sprayed 9×13 pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top. Drizzle 1/4 of 1 cube melted butter on top.
cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
