Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
1 tsp soda
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 cups flour
Frosting:
1 stick butter
4 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
top with candy corn/pumkins etc.
Instructions
Beat all ingredients together until smooth, pour into greased pan and bake 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. To make a sheet cake one and a half recipe.
