Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cups maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients
4. Mix dry and wet ingredients then spoon mixture into 12 greased muffin tins
5. Bake 20 min
