Easy version that can be whipped up to avoid gluten or to have a fresh pizza sauce using items in your pantry.
Per Serving (1/8 cup):
31 cal; 1 g protein;2 g total fat (>1 g sat fat); 5 g carb; 21 mg sod; 5 g fiber; 7 g sugar

Ingredients
6 oz. can no-salt-added tomato paste
2 Tbsp. finel minced onion
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red wine or red wine vinegar
Instructions
Combine tomato paste, onion, garlic, oregano, oil and wine in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
