A quick stir fry from frozen veggies.
Ingredients
2 Tbs oil, for cooking
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, chopped in 2 inch strips
1 lb frozen stir fry vegetables
1 bunch green onions, chopped in 2 inch pieces
1/8 c brown sugar
1/2 C soy sauce
4 c rice, cooked
Instructions
Heat oil in wok. Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Stir fry on high heat 2 minutes. Add stir fry vegetables and cook until warm throughout. Add green onions, brown sugar, and soy sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
