Roasted Baby Red Potatoes - TastyPlanner.com

Baby reds roasted to crispy brown with rosemary.
Ingredients
2 lbs. Baby red potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Rosemary
salt
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cut potatoes into small bite-size pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary and salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
Cook extra if you like them crispy on the outside.
