Ingredients
2 lbs. Green Beans
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tb. olive oil
sea salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Toss beans and shallots with oil. Arrange on foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until beans are blistered and tender. Serve immediately.
