Pumpkin seeds are a delicious and healthy snack. They’re high in omega-3, minerals, and vitamin K. Next time you carve up a pumpkin: save the seeds and have a handful of these!
Ingredients
Seeds from 1 pumpkin
fine sea salt
red pepper flakes
Oil (or cooking spray)
Instructions
1. Wash seeds with cold water.
2. Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
3. Oil a baking sheet (or use cooking spray).
4. Spread the seeds flat on the tray (single layer).
5. Sprinkle sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
6. Bake 25 minutes until nicely toasted.
7. Remove from oven and serve.
