Ingredients
1/2lb rose petals
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp organic lemon juice
3/4 lb raw, unfiltered honey
Instructions
Simmer petals in small amount of water until tender.
Add sugar, honey & lemon juice & cook gently until mixture is a thick syrup consistency.
Allow mixture to cool a little, then pour into sterile canning jars & seal.
