Rosemary Baked Chicken with Onions and Potatoes, - TastyPlanner.com
A great Italian meal where whole Italian Sausage links can be as well.

-A package Chicken pieces (whatever you prefer, but I recommend a mix of thighs, breasts, and drumsticks)
-Non-stick pan (2+ inches tall)
-Salt & Pepper
-Italian Sausage Links (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut Potatoes and Onions in quarters. Mix Sausage, Chicken, Potatoes, and Onions in a bowl with Olive Oil. Season everything with Rosemary, Salt, and Pepper.
Place the ingredients in a non-stick pan and cover the pan (with foil or the pan’s cover). Cook everything for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove the cover and allow everything to brown for up to a half hour. Stir/flip everything so browning occurs evenly.
