There’s plenty of upside to being the spawn of the fabulously wealthy. But the downside? Fishsitcks made by your parents. And when it comes to fishsticks, that means the breaded ones. When parents have sacrificed for their children’s futures, what kid would want to let them down?

Ingredients
1 lb. fish fillets (haddock, sole or flounder)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. Pastine, ground peeled tomatoes
Instructions
Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased Pyrex or Corningware dish. Top with other ingredients with a few drops of oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
