Ingredients
1/4 pound salmon steak
5 Green Beans
olive oil
Capers
lemon zest
salt & pepper
Parchment paper cut into 16 inch square
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Salt & pepper salmon lightly. Top with washed green beans, capers, lemon zest, & splash with a teaspoon olive oil. Wrap & twist in parchment paper (like an English Christmas cracker).Place on rimmed cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Optional: the green beans come out slightly crisp – if you like them completely done, then partially steam them first.
