Salmon veggy stir fry - TastyPlanner.com

A quick and healthy stir-fry using some frozen salmon. Minimal preparation, easy to make and smells as good as it tastes.
Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoon Slivered Almonds (optional)
Instructions
Thaw 2-3 pieces of frozen salmon in microwave.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and take end of beans.
Add enough oil to coat bottom wok or pan and stir fry everything except almonds together, adding more broth if necessary.
Serve, sprinkling each serving with a handful of almonds. Enjoy!
