Indian Vegetable Stew
Ingredients
1 cup toor daal
1 onion
2 Tomatoes
Instructions
1. Wash daal well and pressure cook along with roughly chopped onions, vegetables and tomatoes and turmeric powder.
2. Wait for 4 whistles and turn off the gas.
3. Wait for 10 mins and open the cooker.
4. keep the cooker back on teh stove on low heat and add salt, sambhar powder
5. Let it come to a boil. add a little tamarind pulp.
6. Season with oil, curry leaf, 1 pod garlic and red chillies.
7. Add freshly chopped coriander
