I miss crawfish when it’s not in season, so we improvise with this family favorite.
Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 35 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
2 lb of small red potatoes
12 mini ears of corn
2 lbs of smokes sausage, cut into small links
1 bag of crab boil
Instructions
Throw all the items in a large stock pot and boil until potatoes are done. Serve with warm french bread. You can omit the crab boil and just use salt/pepper if your family doesn’t like it spicy.
