Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms - TastyPlanner.com
These sautéed mushrooms are excellent as a side, mixed in a salad, or topping a nice juicy steak. Your choice.
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 container of Crimini mushooms (any kind will do), sliced
Heat oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Sauté garlic for about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté for an additional 10 minutes. Serve as desired.
