Delicious, moist scones.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Mix dry ingredients together
3. Add in cream and mix, keeping stirring to a minimum.
4. Transfer to a work surface and press out to about an inch. Fold over and press again.
5. Cut into desired shape and place on a baking pan.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
