Scrambled Eggs with Chives
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tsp onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp chives, chopped
salt and pepper
oil
Instructions
Place oil in a frying pan on medium heat, fry the onions for 3?4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the pan.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl then place in the frying pan, cook stirring constantly.
When the eggs have almost cooked, add the chives and continue cooking for a further 1 minute, or until they are cooked.
Serve immediately.
