Sesame Shrimp Fried Rice w/cabbage - TastyPlanner.com

Ingredients
1 T oil
1 lb small shrimp, cleaned
4 scallions
1 T ginger, grated
5 c green cabbage, thinly sliced, cut into 3" pieces
1 t toasted sesame oil
4 c very cold cooked brown rice (leftover rice is best)
3 T soy sauce
2 T sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
Heat oil and add shrimp, scallions and ginger. (1.5 mins)
Add cabbage until it softens (2 mins)
Transfer above to bowl.
Heat sesame oil in skillet or wok, med-high heat.
Add rice until heated through (3 mins)
Add shrimp mixture to skillet, stir in soy and sesame seeds.
serve.
