Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 (3-pound) beef roast
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
Instructions
Place the roast in a baking pan. Cover with the undiluted mushroom soup and sprinkle with the dry mix. Bake, covered with foil, at 300 degrees for 3 hours. This roast makes it’s own gravy.
