Shrimp Fra Diavlo w/spinach - TastyPlanner.com

Ingredients
3/4 lb whole wheat thin spaghetti
2 T olive oil
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 c dry white wine
1 T tomato paste
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb large shrimp, cleaned
3 c baby spinach, lightly packed, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Cook spaghetti.
heat 1 T oil over med-high heat, add onion (3 mins), then garlic (1 min), then add toms, wine, tom paste, 1 T olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, s&p.
Simmer until thickened (8-10 mins)
Add shrimp and spinach (5 mins)
Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
