Butterflied cocktail shrimp with a savory butter sauce.

Ingredients
1 lbs cocktail shrimp, butterflied open
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
handful of cilantro
1/4 cup mint, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small saute pan melt butter. Add olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic over medium heat for three or four minutes. To the pan, add soy sauce, cilantro and mint. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour mixture into blender. Pulse until smooth and blended.Check for salt and pepper. Arrange shrimp on platter on their butterflied end(tails in air). Gently spoon sauce over each shrimp.
