Simple Chicken Stir-Fry - TastyPlanner.com

Quick and Easy, Healthy, Low Budget meal.
Ingredients
4 cups instant rice
1 T vegetable oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 16-oz bag frozen mixed stir-fry veggies
2 T soy sauce
2 T honey
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken pieces and brown. Then, add vegetables, soy sauce and honey. Cook for five to eight minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions. Serve stir-fry mixture over rice.
