This recipe is very easy to prepare, just keep in mind that this has to be in the oven for about 2 hours.
Ingredients
6 chicken wings
3 green peppers
3 onions
6 Carrots
12 potatoes
4 parts of garlic
Instructions
First spice the chicken wings with salt & pepper and arrange them in a large plate. Then wash all the vegetables and cut them into equal pieces.Peel the potatoes and arrange them, together with the vegetables in the plate too. Now spice this with thyme, rosemary and the garlic. Sprinkle all of it with a good portion of olive oil.
Now put the plate in the oven for at least 2 hours on 150°C. During the baking i regularly sprinkle the dish with the damp from baking it.
