Slow Cook Roast - TastyPlanner.com

A nice roast to come home to on those busy days.
Ingredients
1.5 kg Topside Roast
1 pkg Knorr French Onion Soup
1 cup Bristol Cream Sherry
4 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix Sherry, Water, and French Onion Soup in Slow cooker.
2. Place Roast in center of slow cooker.
3. Turn Slow Cooker to low and cover.
4. Cook on low for 7 hours.
5. Turn to high for last hour.
6. Shred roast.
7. Serve over rice, potatoes or toast.
