Slow Cook Roast w/ Veggies - TastyPlanner.com

An all in one meal.
Ingredients
1.5 kg Topside Roast
1 pkg Knorr French Onion Soup
1 cup Bristol Cream Sherry
4 cups water
1/2 head of Cabbage
1 small turnip
1 yellow onion
3 lg russet potatoes
3 lg Carrots
2 lg Zucchinis
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix Sherry, Water, and French Onion Soup in Slow cooker.
2. Place Roast in center of slow cooker.
3. Cut up veggies into ~1/2 inch sections and add to Cooker.
4. Turn Slow Cooker to low and cover.
5. Cook on low for 7 hours.
6. Turn to high for last hour.
7. Shred roast.
8. Serve in bowls with nice, hot, crusty rolls.
