Slow-Cooker Orange-BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches - TastyPlanner.com

Ingredients
1 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb.)
1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
Juice from 1 medium orange
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
12 sandwich rolls, split, toasted
Instructions
PLACE meat in slow cooker; top with barbecue sauce and orange juice. Cover with lid.
COOK on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker; cut into small pieces or shred with fork. Return meat to slow cooker; stir until meat is evenly coated with the barbecue sauce mixture.
SPREAD mayo onto cut sides of rolls. Fill rolls evenly with meat mixture.

We had this last week and let me tell you it smelled wonderful cooking all day in the slow cooker!
This recipe depends on your cut of pork (I used boneless pork shoulder which was AWESOME) and your choice of bbq sauce.
Next time I make it, I’ll use some SPICY bbq sauce.
We skipped the mayo, instead used horseradish sauce and banana peppers on the buns-which REALLY notched this recipe up!!
