Smashed Chickpeas
Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp tahini paste
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Heat olive oil and garlic in saucepan.
Grind chickpeas in food processor until it’s a chunky paste.
Add chickpeas to saucepan and add tahini, stock and salt.
