Easy snack that will give you a boost of energy.
Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup honey
2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup walnuts
2 cups carob or chocolate chips
1 cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
1. Combine sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts, then chop them in the blender until they are in small bits.
2. Combine the honey, peanut butter and carob chips in a saucepan. On low heat stir until the chips are melted. Then bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients into the honey/carob melt and mix. Pour the mixture into a pan and spread the mixture evenly.
4. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Cut and serve.
