The trick to this creamy shake is the addition of chocolate pudding mix…. Yum!

3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 medium-sized banana ; frozen
1 rounded tbsp. sugar-free fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
3 packets Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
2/3 cup crushed ice (4 - 6 ice cubes)
Place soymilk, pudding mix and Splenda in the blender, and blend for about 10 seconds (until completely mixed). Add banana (break or cut into pieces) and ice, and blend for 30 seconds, or until well mixed and creamy.
