Ingredients
1 pound Bruger
1 can 14oz beef broth
1 small green pepper chopped
1/2 med onion
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Tyme
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked couscous
Instructions
Brown burger drain fat
place broth, green pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, thyme and beef in slow cooker
cook low 4 hours or until g-pepper is tender
Boil water high heat. Stir in couscous. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff Put beef over couscous.
