A spicey cheese filling wrapped in a tortilla
Prep time: 15 Min.
Cook time: 10 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 brick cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar
1/8 jalepeno pepper diced
1/2 cup diced red & green pepper
6 large flour tortillas
Instructions
preheat oven to 400F
mix cheese and peppers
spread evenly between tortillas
roll em up
bake for about 10 minutes
let cool for 2-5 minutes, cut into 6 pieces each
serve with sour cream
