WOW. This is easily the most delish tasty planner dinner recipe I have made! Ten stars out of 5.

I don’t like chili so I flipped the measurements for the chili powder and red pepper. WHOO – HOT. I didn’t realize red pepper was so spicy. I’m going to halve it next time, and there will be a next time …

The one thing I will say is that I used about 16 cloves of garlic, minced, instead of the garlic powder, and I think it probably made the recipe much tastier.

I tenderized the heck out of my chicken before I put the rub on it, so I did 2.5 mins on each side (I like tender juicy chicken) rather than 5, and just honeyed one side, but it tasted fine, because I cooked it in an 8×8 cake pan so it soaked in the mixture from the bottom too.

I served it with short grain brown rice cooked with garlic, and the roasted vegetables recipe on here.

I HIGHLY recommend this!

pretty good stuff! used chicken tenders instead of thighs, and also real garlic instead of powder.
