Since I usually have pork mince in my freezer, it’s easy to mix in this seasoning for any recipe that calls for Italian sausage.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Mix spices together with 1 lb or 500 g pork mince. (Can also be mixed in with chicken, veal, beef or combination of them.)
*Note: Red pepper can be adjusted to taste or left out completely if you prefer no heat.
