Spinach and Artichoke Dip - TastyPlanner.com

A delicious snack or appetizer for any occasion!
Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, mix artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Note: Use lowest speed on mixer, ingredients should be chopped, not ground.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together spinach, heavy cream, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. ENJOY

Mmmm this was really good, thanks Emily!
It was very yummy- but a little watery… Don’t know if we needed to really drain the spinach hard or leave out the cream or something- but it was quite yummy… Ate it with homemade tortilla chips.
I’m a little confused as to whether I’m supposed to mix it by hand in a bowl or use some kind of food processor. I think I’ll beat the heavy cream first, then mix the rest by hand and see if it’s not too watery that way.
