Spinach and Artichoke Dip - TastyPlanner.com
Great for parties!
4 cloves of garlic, maybe more
1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach
14 oz. artichoke hearts
10 oz. alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesean cheese
8 oz. softened cream cheese
-Combine all ingredients except half of the parmesean cheese in a casserole dish.
-Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until it bubbles.
-Sprinkle remaining parmesean over top.
-Serve with homemade bread, crackers, or corn chips.
