Squash Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

A delicious creamy squash Casserole, served with other southern sides and main dish.

Cook time: 25 Min.
Serves: 7
Ingredients
10 medium squash
grease from cooking the bacon
2 beaten eggs - salt + pepper to taste
1 cup milk or 1/2 +1/2 - tube ritz crackers (crumbled)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Squash- boil in water, drain well when done, and mix drained cooked squash with rest of ingredients iin bowl. Pour mixture in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle some reserved cheese and crackers on top. Let bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. or until slightly browned
