Strawberry and Kiwi Crepes

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pint Melissa's Organic Strawberries, sliced
5 fresh kiwi, sliced
1 package Melissa's Crepes
Instructions
With an electric mixer, whip the cream to medium peaks.
Add the sugar and the vanilla, whip to stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the berries and kiwi.
Place in the center of a crepe and roll up.
Repeat for remaining crepes.
Presentation: Garnish with slices of strawberries and kiwi. Add a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
Makes 10 crepes.
