Streuseled Sweet Potato Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

This smooth mashed sweet potato casserole is a good alternative to candied sweet potatoes. Replacing traditional mini marshmallows on top is a sugar pecan mixture.

Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 cup white sugar
1 sick butter, softened
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
Beat potatoes, white sugar, 1 stick of butter, vanilla and eggs together. Place in a greased casserole or baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together with fingers and sprinkle over potatoe mixture. Bake in preheated oven st 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
