These are a favorite addition to any holiday meal or party.

40 Large stuffer mushrooms
1 pound of Italian sausage (mild or hot)
1 small bag Crumb stuffing
1 cup of mayonaise
1 medium onion
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Dice onion
and mushroom stems, saute in pan until translucent.
Remove sausage from casing and brown until it crumbles. Drain the grease and pat the sausage with paper towels. Combine the cooked mixture in a bowl with the stuffing and mayonaise until it holds together. Place stuffing in the mush cap and bake at 400 degrees until the mushroom is cooked.
