Summer Tomato Cucumber salad - TastyPlanner.com

Yummy way to use all those fresh tomatos from your garden.

Serves: 6
Ingredients
4-6 fresh tomatos
1 medium cucumber
1/2 Red Onion
1 can large black olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Italian or red wine vinager salad dressing
Instructions
Seed and dice tomatos and cucumbers. Fine dice onion. put into dish and mix with remaining ingredients. Cover and refridgerate till nice and chilled before serving.
Also good served over fresh spinach and croutons or on a sandwich.
