Sun-dried Tomato Hummus - TastyPlanner.com

Like hummus, but with more Awesome.
Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans / chickpeas
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid for later. Place chickpeas, garlic (peeled), tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in food processor. Process until ingredients are combined. Slowly add reserved chickpea liquid until desired consistency is reached. Slowly add sun-dried tomatoes and blend until fully mixed.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with paprika and parsley, drizzle olive oil on top to finish. Serve with pitas, flatbread, or dipping instrument of your choice.
